Good luck and good night. |

Sorry for the overall useless post, but I felt it might bring me luck if I announced I'm going to try the Lucid Dream Technique for the very first time. |

Good luck and good night. |

I was laying in bed attempting a WILD, when all of a sudden the feeling of my bed dissappeared, although the feeling of my face on the pillow stayed. I felt a light, non-painful throbbing in my head, a ringing in my ears, and my body went numb for a second. Not knowing what to do (I didn't read about this) I opened my left eye, got up and walked around, I was light-headed and nothing more. What just happened to me? |
|
That's the right attitude! Good luck with your next attempt! |

Success comes to those who are not afraid of failing.
Same thing happened again, except I didn't get to the numb stage because my muscles started twitching, mainly right leg. Anyone know how to get rid of this? |
|
Sounds promising so far =) |
|
As the Title suggests, I had a very strong, long lasting SP. But, I couldn't fall asleep, so I quit it after 20 minutes. |
|
Good job I hope it turns out good. |
