It depends on the person and situation. If it's a non-LD, then it won't feel like 30 minutes most likely, since most people don't have nearly good enough dream recall to remember 30 minutes of just going to somebody's house. In a LD, it might feel like a 30-minute trip since you're concious during the dream, but it just as easily might not. It depends on whether you expect to just appear at your friend's house, or if you want to go the whole way there with no 'dream shortcuts' (ie: teleportation, flying, summoning a sweet sports car, etc). |

yeah theres a thread dedicated to the notion of controlling time in a dream,or at least training your mind to THINK that more time has passed than in actuality. |

When you're dreaming, your brain gives you sensory information faster than in real life, so actually what would feel like 30 minutes in a dream could be 10 seconds in real life. To answer your question though, I would have to say that it can feel like 30 minutes, but why would you be sitting in a car for 30 minutes anyway? |
