      Trying not to WILD

Anyone else ever have to try "NOT" to WILD,... and just get a good normal night's sleep?

I've conditioned myself to maintain consciousness, and recognize altered states of consciousness as my normal way of falling to sleep,... but I'm not quite sure how to "turn it off". It can be very annoying and even a bit scary at times.

The problem is that for me it seems to be linked with abnormal sleep patterns, emotional stress and especially insomnia.

Same here, actually. The only thing that seems to turn it off for me is to get out of bed and do something for an hour, and then go back to sleep.
