      False awakening! :P (plus first time doing RCs in dream!)

      Last night, I dreamt that I had woken up from a dream. I was in my room, and my friend and I were laughing because I was doing relaity checks. (I reality check everytime I wake up!) Everything was normal until I plugged my nose, because once I started to try and breathe, internet explorer's "e" logo floated out of my right nostril. This startled me, and at that moment I became lucid. That was when I felt a surge a numbness go over my body, and I know what was next... I woke up from the dream into SP. I lost the paralysis and didn't go into a dream.

      But next time, I'll fall into a dream.

      (Wow... I have a lot of stories to tell...)

      aha cool man.
      I had my first LD where I had Rc's in a dream two days ago.
      I did thr nose Rc, and it failed, so i was lucid.
      col stuff isnt it?
      how we can train ourself to do this, and when were sleepign we do it habbitually
      and we can control our dreams bydoing that?
      I find that awesome.

      Same. I haven't started doing RC's in dreams until recently! (The thread title lies, I've been doing RC's for a while now, but this was the first time I got lucid off of it.)

      dude, that same thing happened to me!

      i was having a lucid dream, then fall real hard onto the ground, and woke up from that dream in SP. it was cool cause heaviness and everything from SP made it feel like i actually fell and landed on my bed.

      except with me, in about 5 seconds i rolled right into my dream room, spent like 5 more seconds there, got wayy to excited, and woke up
