      Finally Became Lucid

I did it!! I finally became lucid for the first time. I took some seratonin before I went to bed and I think that helped but my mom won't buy any for me and my friend is only giving me a little of it. So I guess I'll have to do it without the seratonin after I run out. When I was dreaming I heard someone say the word "dream" so I started saying "I'm in a dream" over and over.

Then I became lucid and I was still in the dream but I could feel my face against my pillow. I think I was kind of having trouble breathing or something cause I remember having troubles with it in my dream and I could also feel it outside of my dream in my actual body, if that makes sense to be in a dream and feel your surrounding on your physical body. Well after that I decided to teleport and I teleported to the front of my house then I teleported into the sky in the clouds. But I was like watching myself fromt a distance, I wasn't looking out of my own eyes. So I decided if I couldn't look out of my own eyes teleporting would be kind of boring so I just let the dream take me from there. I started to fly with some people and then all of the sudden, I wasn't excited or anything, but the dream kind of put the idea into my head that I got to excited and I woke up even though I never actually woke up. So I started telling people in my dream while we were still in the clouds that I got too excited and I lost lucidity. After that the dream changed and it took me from there then my alarm woke me up.

So I'm hoping tonight I'll have another lucid dream but this time I'm going to try to hold control longer and maybe I'll try to see through my own eyes instead of just watching myself. The thing I'm worried about is once I run out of seratonin I hope I will still be able to become lucid.

      Congrats on the lucidity.

Now that you know what it feels like you should start attempting to become lucid without the seratonin. A lucid aid is fine and dandy but you should eventually learn to get there without such things. Then you won't have to worry about running out of whatever it is that helps you get lucid.

      Ocassional use is fine.
Becoming dependent on one way to get lucid might hinder rather than help in the long run.

Yeah, my friend said he could only give me a limited supply but by then I hope I get the hang of lucidity. By the way, what does WBTB stand for and could you explain it please?

In the style of walking as a child, try to do it on your own.
