      Help with WILD...

Ok... so... I've had a lot of sleep paralysis's, but I've only gone into an LD 20% of the time. I've also only had a vivid, awesome LD only once (WILDing). My questions are: What do I do when I reach SP? Also, if I manage to get past it but find out that I can't see anything, what should I do?

Relax for a few seconds, wait to see if a scene develops into your 'vision'. If not, imagine a scene. Think of what kind of sounds you might hear (example: if you imagine a beach scene, think of sounds of waves, birds, etc).

That blindness is common, sometimes it's hard to break out of it. What you hope to happen is that your mind will come up with some excuse or plot for not being able so see - like maybe that you're sitting in a dark room or something. In that instance you can think imagine turning a doorknob and opening a door, letting light in.

What I did is to let my mind wander with something interesting and familiar. You have to keep a part of your mind conscious but you don't want to be awake... you want to be drowsy feeling and let your mind collaborate different mental images.

So basically you fall asleep but in a different aspect you don't. I have most success when i WILD in the morning... when I just wake up and i'm still tired i'll VILD, which is a type of WILD. I've never experienced the blindness so i'm sorry i can't give advice there. When you imagine you have to "feel" or "sense" everything to the best of your ability... the more you do it the better you get. Imagine touching all the objects around you or what they feel. What I did my first time to pop me into a WILD was imagine something impossible after I got to a point where I was lost in thought. My mind said, "wait thats not possible" and i was lucid. Hope this helps

btw, when I WILD i don't concentrate on entering SP I concentrate on getting my mind to the point where i could enter and SP will follow. when you enter just don't be too excited or do anything that may jepordize the dream... lay low a little if your not sure.
