      Pseudo-Lucidity

Has anyone else experienced this? I mean, one time I got so obsessed with lucid dreams and wanting a lucid dream that I dreamt about having a lucid dream.. In a normal dream It was weird because although it seemed as though I had achieved lucidity and was consciously controlling my dream.. It was actually just a normal dream of a lucid dream experience - I wasn't consciously controlling anything and I most certainly wasn't lucid.

      Subconscious wins again

Ha ha that's got to be painfully frustrating...although I think I have had that before at some point.

Yea that has happened to me many of times. Actually once I dreamt about being in my moms lucid dream. I made the comment that I could now practice controlling my lucid dreams in her dreams when im not dreaming. Then after all the talk of LDing I was gunna do a reality check when I woke up.

Something like this has happened to me a few times. Like a dream journal or lucid manual being the main focus of the dream, but no actual lucidity.

Yes this has happened to me before. It's always a bit hard to describe.

      Ya.

I had a dream, and in it I was dreaming about me being in a lucid dream.

Like I saw myself trying to do stuff, and telling myself it was just a dream, but I attained no sence of LUCIDITY D:
