Is it possible to enter a lucid dream when you awake in SP

My title may sound like a WILD, but what I'm asking is: you know how you can wake up in SP(not performing a WILD or anything else) some times in the morning? well since your in SP and your body is still in a dream, can you somewhow reenter that dream, thus becoming lucid?

Yes, you can go right into a WILD this way. If you wake up in SP, relax, and let yourself fall back asleep.

It's possible. That's the way I used to get lucid dreams before I stopped waking up in SP.

yea. this happend to me before. i DILD, when i woke up, i knew i was in SP, but literally like 2 seconds passed an i awoke in my dream room

You can also try for an OBE in that state. Using a method called ROPE by Robert Bruce may be quite effective then.
