      My First Lucid Dream

      Last Night I had my first lucid dream, and I'm quite proud of myself. It was extremely short, but nonetheless I am proud that I was able to achieve lucidity.

      I dreamt that I was walking to my bus stop to catch the bus home. Then I saw the bus drive by and I realised i'd have to call my parents for a ride home. Then instantly, i'm walking towards my house about ten feet away from it. I start talking to my parents about how I need a ride home, then I realise that i'm already home. They then procede to ask me how I got home in which i realise I teleported from bus stop to house. After realising this I pinched my nose and inhaled. I realised I was dreaming.

      After this, something wierd happened. My brother looked at me in a very evil way and told me i was lucid. We stared at eachother for what seemed like a long time, but I know it was just a few seconds. After this, I walked away and tried to turn night into day. I was about to try to do other things when my alarm went off and woke me up >:[

      So yeah, hopefully this will help me WILD and maybe have more DILD later.

      Yeah, I always get nervous that my alarm clock is gonna go off... Good thing my lucid dreams aren't long enough for that to happen...

      Very impressive. The feeling of just being lucid in a dream is incredibly fantastic. Just by reading about how some one has had their first LD actually motivates me. =D great job and keep up the lucid dreams Coming..

      Congrats on your first lucid dream.
      Now that you've experienced it you should have a bit of an easier time getting back to that state if you keep at it.
