      A few Questions

I took a break from LD'ing but now, i'm pretty determined to get back into it fullforce.

Now, what I plan on doing is waking up in the morning and doing WILD's. I have a few questions though.

      1) Because my body knows I wake up at 6:30ishAM everyday, and I try to WILD at 5:30ish will my body not fall asleep cause it thinks I gotta go to school? Because the past 2 days i've woke up then and sat there and it felt like I get nearer to SP on nights... (Before I go to bed).

2)Now another alternative , I go to bed at 9-10 everynight, if I wake up at 3 will that be better than 5:30? Does it matter that my body hasn't possibly entered REM?

      I'd appreciate any tips thanks

To answer your second question, I'd basically recommend you to experiment with it. Every one's different with it.

Well, good luck for if you're aiming to have a lucid.

Well I'm no pro on all the technicalities of Wilding, because that's not really my technique. but it sounds to me that either way you mentioned has the potential to work out. I suggest doing a little bit of experimenting to see what time works best for you.

      Edit: Jdead got there first.
