Sleeping on your stomach

I usually sleep on my side, but I sometimes sleep on my stomach with my head to one side on the pillow. I think its comfortabke, but no one ever talks about WILDing like that. Is it harder? Does anyone do it? Or prefer it?
What about LDing in general on your stomach?

I think that most of us just don't usually sleep on our stomachs, thats why its not mentioned often. though I don't think it will effect your attempts to WILD.

I don't sleep on my stomach. But if you do, normally, it is fine to try for a WILD.

Wild in the position you are most comfortable in. A Major concept of Wilding is to become relaxed.

I too sleep on my stomach in the same position. Im not sure how it affects dreaming but I can say that 80% of my lucids back in the day came from sleeping inclined on my back. Like slouching on a couch. Good luck.

I disagree
I once failed a WILD, and because of it, I got a successful DILD

I was lying on my side, and after I ALMOST got towards sleep paralysis I realised I was lying on my arm hahaha, but it was too late to move it because I would have ruined my WILD. But in the end i lost it anyway and fell asleep because I was too tired.

However, just after I got into a dream (non-lucid) I was walking into this kind of basement, and I felt a sharp ache in my arm... It was a natural pain too, and I realised that I- "don't feel pain in dreams? :S" ".....:O! IM DREAMING!"

Haha, I had a short LD where I just flew around until my arm hurt so much to the point it felt as though it was going to fall off LMAO, I don't get any fully blown huge lucids from DILDing anymore

I normally always sleep on my stomache, but when I started to get into WILDing I started sleeping on my back because some people on here said it's easier to create the fake falling sensations. Anyway, I don't think it makes any difference really.

I normally sleep on my stomach, but for me wilding after wbtb is easier if I'm on my back, then once asleep I must roll to my stomach again cuz thats how I always wake up.

I used to allways have WILDS on my stomach, before I new what they were. Now I usually lay on my back to do them.
I don't think it makes a difference, its all in your head.
