      How To Start Over Again......???

      Hey Folks,

I have been a Lucid Dreamer for almost 3 years now, and have had many many LD's.. My counter down below is a bit off, i've probably had close to maybe 200, but can not be to sure due to the fact of not writing all of them down..

Anyways.. I dont TRY to Lucid Dream anymore.. what I mean by that is..

I dont do RC's during the day, keep a dream journal , have a sleep pattern..

I go to bed when I get tired, sleep, and dream..

If I happen to have a LD GREAT!, if not, no biggie to me..

BUT!... I am wanting to get back into it.. Why? A part of me misses it.. Another part of me, just wants to explore....

I should note (please dont bash me like the religious section) I am a Christian, So my Non LD's are important to me.. I look for signs and Interrupt dreams that I believe could be from My Creator-- I say My Creator out of respect for other people's beliefs.

So not only are my Non LD's really important to me, but Lucid Dreams are too.. I am not wanting to become Lucid to run around and do sexual things or kill or any of that. I am wanting to Lucid Dream to simply see what I can uncover...

Who I can meet and have a conversation with, and so forth...

My question is.. How does a person with lots of experience with Lucid Dreaming and a big knowledge on Dreams themselves get back into it...Kind of ironic I'd ask that after typing the last sentence, but its true..

      I know the basics...

      1.) Keep a Dream Journal
      2.) Do RC's
      3.) Sleep Pattern (toughest thing)

Anything else that might help me get back into the Groove of things after NOT TRYING for a year or so?

      Thanks

      DJ

I'm afraid I wouldn't really have any expertise in lucid dreaming(so I would be no help at looking at it from your perspective) but I would say try out some new techniques! These might give you the motivation to re-give lucid dreaming a try,I recommend trying WILDing(which can give some pretty strange experiences in the transition itself) since you seem to be DILDing the majority of the time.

Get back into the habit of the basics (RCs, DJ, and good sleep).

You may want to spend some time praying or meditating on your intention to LD and on what you'd like to get out of your LDs. Trust that you will be heard and answered.

      Good luck!
