How often do YOU lucid dream?

This is a question for any Lucid Dreamers. Newbies or Naturals. I lucid dream about once a month unfortunately, and I'm hoping to increase it to every week. Also, how's you dream recall?

I lucid dream about 2-4 times a week, but only about 1 good one per week. My dream recall is pretty good. Lately I've been a bit lazy to try and remember dreams though.

mine come at completely random times. usually no more than 3 per month though, if even that

mine are really random, sometimes I'll have bursts of numerous LD's in a month and sometimes I won't have any for months. it seems to get better the more I attend to it though.
