Dream Mask

"The Dream Mask" Anybody tried this, I've read the books that come with it and was just wondering if anybody spent the 300 bucks for the mask it's self. If so how'd ya like it?? I've keep track of my dreams on paper, I guess what I'm looking for....~~ would the "Dream Mask" speed up the process? There was another thread around here with a link to a FOX News clip....What'd ya think about that?? I'm thinking if I were "Mr. DISIPLINE" I would be able to have the ability to go to bed early, track my dreams, set anchors, take B6, ect................but I have like 1mill things that I gotta get done...... so the big question is the Dream Mask a good tool to help with dreaming or gimmick? Kinda like I could pound nails with my forehead but a hammer really helps. huba huba huba nice post spook you rock!! thank you!!

Well, I don't know if it works, but I do know that you shouldn't rush things. Lucid Dreaming takes time and practice. Go slow. It will come.

I'm really interested in this as well! I'm not sure if it does work, but I think it should work. I don't have a personal experience with it, but when I searched it on Yahoo Answers, some people said they had good results with it.
