I am a very heavy sleeper. Simply thinking about waking up during the night before I go to bed has never worked for me. My internal clock just can't seem to acknowledge it. I rarely wake up randomly in the middle of the night either (maybe once every two-three weeks).
Using an alarm clock seems to be the logical option here. There is only one problem: I sleep so heavily, the alarm clock that is inches away from my face manages to wake up everyone else in the house, but not me!
I'm completely dumbfounded by this. Is there an way for me to still pull off a WBTB intentionally?
