Dream music

On one of polish forums I was reading about music creation in LD or meditation, Shortly - in Alfa Phase. I wonder, if somebody here have any methods of doing that

well if your talking about calming music for meditation/sleep induction i would highly reccomend AMBIENT, NO BEAT NO VOICE music,that is really calming for me. or if you wanna go for the more scientific approach you can search www.google.com for the BWgenerator, or brainwave generator this alters your brains pulse to different wavelengths,alpha waves beta waves etc. its a kind of music you listen to that has a certain rhythem that alters your onscious,it can make you sleepy,hyper or meditive. either way good luck!

ahhh! i see now,interesting idea for anywone confused ill try to put it a bit simpler. you know how we can listen to our faverite songs in our head,like when we're daydreaming or bored? well he wants to know if,in a lucid dream you could play music in this way. thats my understanding anyway. well i think itd be very possible but theres much better stuff to do in a LD than listen to music

Now you understannd me I think that you can do many more in LD, but it can be also cool You can use it to rise a pleasure, isn`t it? I think that this abilty can be more practical

it is possible, and it works, i have done it while WILD'ing but i didnt do it by will, it just happened, a song started playing

You can also try falling asleep with your favorite song playing. I've had the song appear in my dream (in its entirety) and it's pretty nifty. Twice I've flown to songs as if I'm doing a dance in the air.

Sometimes when i lay in bed, trying to fall asleep, I hear music instead or usual ringing in the ears. It is really cool, ever changing, overlapping patterns and totally unearthly sound. Things I hear were composed of known fragments, but the way they were "mixed" was really cool That happened only a handful of times and I dont know how to induce that state :/ Few times I went "clubbing" in dreams. Music, light and everything else was totally awesome!

I've written up a list of songs from my favourite musicians, and i plan to 'listen' to these songs in an LD at a live concert. If you missed your favourite band in concert you could just see them in an LD! Imagine being the only person there and getting the best view or even getting up on stage with the band. The main singer then turns to you and says "what songs do you want us to play?" That would be awesome... This is my first post by the way...hi everybody.

Bula, Kula (Bula is Fijian for hello by the way) I often have LDs where I compose music (kinda like an MP3 player in the brain, I guess). I usually start with a beat or bass line, then continually add instruments until I have a "full" band or orchestra playing. Other times, when I want o escape a nightmare or negative dream, I will start singing (in my mind) a hymn or worship song (Christian) and this usually makes the dream change, or it "takes away" the bad dreams. Sometimes while I am singing, I hear voices join my own like a choir of angels... I've also "audiolized" electric guitar solos and violin solos, but these for some reason tend to get so "loud" that I wake myself up. I love musical dreams and often kick myself after waking from an LD and realize that I did not even try to create music. It is an awesome thing, especially when you can visualize/choreograph images and movements simultaneously.
