Dream recall comes and goes. A trick that I know is that if you lay perfectly still with your eyes closed your mind starts to think that it's going back to sleep so it kicks on your dreaming centres. This brings back your dream memory, allowing you to remember the last one.

Though I'll have to be careful not to actually just fall back asleep.*cough* I'm sure you already have one, but I thought I'd mention - using a Dream Journal helps a lot with recall.

alright still no dream recall from last night either. but i dont have work tommorow so ill be able to have a good nights rest tonight and hopefully a good recall.

I tried ninja9578's technique this morning for a while, but eventually gave up. That's when - bam! - it popped in to my head and I started remembering stuff. It was weird. But yeah, hopefully a good night's rest will help out. Getting enough sleep every night is essential, as if you don't, it builds up and makes you have a few days where you'll sleep a lot and/or be tired all day.

ok i just remembered one of my dreams from last night lol. i always seem to remember my dreams when im in my bathroom lol.
