last night i dreamt about an old man and an old woman who was travveling with us, i do not know who either of them is. it started with an old man and me walking around a lake and then i went fishing and brought up this fish that looked as if diseased, it was opaque and slimy looking. then 2 black bears jump out,one totally black and the other black and white like a raccoon, and the black one started chasing us and we went to the old mans shack with the bear still chasing us and then we see an old lady standing in front of the shack and the totally black bear was still hot on our heals. i run inside the shack, with the old man and woman and bear still outside, and bolt the door. the shack was totally empty and very dusty.then i look out the window and see the old man and woman being ripped apart,it was extremely graphic, and i heard yelling and bloodcurdling shrieks, and saw lots of blood and stuff. then i starterd looking around the shack and saw a loose board. i ripped it up and went underneath it and then the black bear snapped the bolt and came inside the shack with the carcass of the woman in its mouth with blood all over its body. it then started sniffing around and i found like a tunnel going from under the board and out the back and i made a break for it. as soon as the bear heard me scuffle it started roaring and scratching at the ground. i then got in a car and drove as far and fast as i could but the bear was still chasing me. i then came upon a train station and on the left side the station was on fire and the right side there was a train wreck. i then saw myself on fire come out of the train and attack the bear and the me in the car jumped out of the car and ran back to the shack and when i got there it was on fire and i saw 2 charred skulls and skelletons on the ground. that is when the dream ended and i woke up crying and in a very cold sweat,and trembling like crazy. help me please

Help you with what, exactly? You had a nightmare. Everyone has nightmares.

The trick is, face your fears with love and acceptance and they will respond accordingly. If you fear your enemies they will only become more threatening.

Also, whatever you expect to happen in a nightmare - will happen. You expected that bear to chase you, so it did. You expected it to break the bolted door, pretty much everything it did to come after you - you expected.

Don't know if that helps, but I don't know what else to say!

Also, watch out for bears.
