      Watch Induced Lucid Dream?

      Well, I was thinking, since I can never remember to do RCs during the day, maybe I could actually use my wrist watch to trigger a DILD? I ALWAYS have my watch on, and maybe it could actually get me lucid, it's a RC, just with my watch.

      mmm, could you explain that more clearly?

      If you have trouble remembering to RC, it doesnt matter WHAT RC you use, but you need to practice.

      And if you are suggesting using a watch as a RC? well the digital watch RC is one of the most common methods people use. Its my personal RC of choice.
