      Future Lucid Dreams?

      Hi All,
How are you doing. I am new to this forum and new to Lucid Dream concept. I love to have Lucid Dream ability. I usually have dreams at night. Usually I remember one dream. Sometime, I know I have dream but it becomes hard to recall. I am Vegan by diet, non-smoker, non-alcoholic. When I saw the lucid dream definition,I found my dreams are not lucid dreams. How can I develop Lucid dreams ability? Please guide me. Do I have to take any supplements or herbs, As I am vegan? Please help me out. I will really appreciate you all.
      Thanks
      Rajan

You don't need any suppliments, lucid dreaming even happens naturally to some people. All you need to do is find a good technique. If at first you don't succeed try, try again!

Best thing to do is to improve your recall first, so keep track of a dream journal and such.
With that, you can figure out your dreamsigns.
      Good luck with LDing. ^-^

Keep a dream notebook, by your side when you sleep. Before you go to sleep, remind yourself to wake up when you stop dreaming, so you can document your dream. try to recall all the senses in the dream, note any feeling. After a few times your dream recall(the abilities to remember your dreams) gets better.

Don't forget to read the dream journal too. It shouldn't be hard, and it's quite entertaining actualy.

      Progress:
First day I had 3 different dreams (I donot think so they were lucid) when I woke up at three different times. I was able to recall them. I wrote them in Dream Journal. Next night, I did the same way. But I was not able to recall the Dream. Before I sleep, I write like 40 times "I will remember my dreams tonite".Any tip or technique to recall the dream.
      Please let me know.
      Thanks

Recall develops progressively, and it is always fun to observe, that the night before it was crystal clear and this night I cant remember nothing.

Still. Every attempt you do, to improve your recall will cause to increase your ability in tiny little step. Well there are techniques to increase your recall. You should take a look at our recall forum. There are many tips hidden within posts of our members. Just browse a little and find your own way how to recall the things, ... Or even better, try to improve your recall on your own. Your skill wont be biased with too many information ...

      Whatever counts . Enjoy.

Well, it looks like your dream recall is increasing. Well done! Just keep it up, and you will be closer to lucidity.

PS: We do dream several times a night, every night. We just don't always remember it.
