If you couldn't move then I guess it was SP. There is a thin line between the waking and dream states in the hypnagogic state. It is the border after all. I'd just say you were waking up experiencing SP and hypnagogic hallucinations along the way. |

Sometimes feelings, even in non-lucids, can be extremely vivid. For me, it happened when me and a bunch of people were lying prone on the floor, when the bad guy from 'Saw' came over to us. |
