      Post First Lucid?

I'd appreciate any help or advice.

Earlier yesterday, around 2pm, I drank 3 tall cans and took a nap. I woke up and helped my mom clean the garage and some other things. I wasn't intoxicated when I woke up, but I felt a 'high' feeling. We ended at 9pm and I went to sleep again at 10:30pm. I was lying there waiting to fall asleep with the radio on. I eventually turned the radio off and that's all I remember. So then, at 12:40am I am awake, but not after having a period of dream after dream. I would wake up in my dream with the reality that I just woke up in my dream. I would wake up in [possibly] my room with the feeling of heavy sleepiness and heaviness about my neck and head. Making me unable to get up to turn on the light. This kept happening. I'm thinking that each time it happened, the strain or struggle was less and less as I kept experiencing it. Some of the times I would wake up okay and be able to stumble around my room, move my head but not talk right, only make noises.
There are more details about this dream: of what I did and who I saw, and what they said but that would be a longer post. I am basically just looking for help on what I experienced and so I would be able to then look around this site in detail etc. Phew! P.S. - - THE LAST PART OF THE DREAM: THE LAST TIME I WOKE UP WAS FOR REAL AND THE ALCOHOL FEELING [HANGOVER] WAS NOTICEABLE BUT WENT AWAY QUICK. I GRABBED A BOTTLE OF WATER AND MY GRABBED THE INTERNET CABLE. MY MOM HAD JUST WOKE UP FROM A DREAM TOO!

Looks like you had some false awakenings. Those are dreams in which you dream you're waking up, and perform seemingly normal routines (brushing teeth, going to workm etc.) but in you're case you were stumbling around your room. Some people have a bunch of false awakenings, so this is not uncommon.

And, unless while this was happening you were aware you were dreaming, it wasn't a lucid dream. Just apparently a few false awakenings.
