You are close! With practice you can get there every time. The trouble for me is actually falling asleep. Once you start to feel those sensations, you are heading in the right direction. |

So I'm trying to WILD from the second I went to bed, I know I should do WBTB but I didn't have the opportunity then. And eventually I get myself into near sleep paralysis, that is, I can think about my legs getting heavier and they comply. but then I realize that my right arm is more sleep-paralyzed than my left. I think about each arm on a sort of scale (the scale of justice to give you an idea of what i mean) and feeling them rise slightly and fall slightly until they're even. The strange part is that I actually felt this motion. My whole body seemed to rock back and forth, if not the whole room as well. I became pleased with this new control in a waking state, as I hadn't come this close to WILDing yet. I then had some fun: right side heavier, left side heavier, right side, left side...these were my thoughts that controlled what happened (or what felt like was happening). However, I can't get this again. |

Wilds work best for me after an afternoon nap. I am normally really relaxed and can slip right into a wild. Unfortunately for me, I haven't had time for an afternoon nap this month |

Wow, same with me. I can never fall asleep and I usually try to WILD everyday before I go sleep and I usually fall asleep instant when I just normally try to fall asleep. But after being full relaxed and all the sensations pass by it feels like I've slept for hours and I just feel so rested. It's really hard for me to fall asleep. |
