does working really hard during the day make it easier?

for the next week, i have band camp for 12 hours every day, probably. Doing stuff in the sun and stuff If I am super tired at the end of the day, will it be easier to have an LD? I think it would be easier because i will be so much more tired

I think it would be easier because i will be so much more tired For my situation and how I try to LD, that would make it harder, probably. So far, the little success Ive had has been on days where i've woken up naturally and had time to look at the clock and fall back asleep.
