I am returning from a long break from LD'ing. I was wandering if there are any remedies you know of that are just incredible, that greatly increase your chances of lding after not having one for a long time. It took me 2 months of trying 5 times a night and using a journal to have my first one, so im talking more like supplement stuff. Chocolate milk, b6, nicotine patch, crap like that
