These "vibrations" are so extremely intense. It scares the hell out of me. If you read my earlier post about my experience which was "Worse than a nightmare" you will know what I'm talking about.

Anyways, I suppose the reason I was so afraid is because I had no one tell me that was normal, ya know? So it scared me shitless, naturally. And I could have sworn I felt my heart racing....but I guess it was my dream body.

Well, I'm wondering very strongly about this.

WHAT IS IT? What causes these vibrations, and is it completely safe? And anyone know about the speeding heart?

Trust me, to all who haven't experienced these vibrations...they are so deeply intense. I'm sure others will agree.
