I had my first 3 second LD back in June and since then I've been doing my best to have another one naturally. However, lately I began to doubt myself but I decided to forget about most of the techs and to focus on one certain tech to clear my mind. So anyway, last night I decided I'll try a WBTB and a MILD. I went to bed at around 1am and set my alarm for 7am. At 7 I woke up and went to the bathroom. I did a load of RCs and for an hour I read Stephen LaBerges "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming". I read about lucid experiences and his in depth tutorial for the MILD tech. Lastly, before going back to sleep I took 100mg of B6 just for the heck of it.

I lay down on my back and started the MILD tech. I imagined myself in my kitchen, looking at a dream sign (certain celebrity) and with the lines "The next time I am dreaming I will remember to realize I am dreaming" I saw myself becoming lucid in my made up scenario. I felt SP come over me but not at once did I try and attempt a WILD. I kept doing the MILD tech over and over until I blanked out.

The LD I have wasn't lucid from the outset neither was I in my kitchen. I was on some grass looking up at the sky and noticed a huge chunk of clouds were suddenly sucked into some kind of a vortex. It was then that I became lucid as I couldn't believe it. I looked up to see some kind of craft (UFO) above the clouds so that I could just barely see it's outline. I looked and saw another craft which was then revealed (in amazing detail) once the clouds drifted away. I then rolled onto my back and as everything faded tried to rub my hands together. I then woke up. It was short as hell but it's one good confidence builder.

I assume this was a DILD. If that is the case then was my WBTB/MILD/reading about LD stuff/B6 idea all for nothing?

Any comments are welcome!
