I had my first 3 second LD back in June and since then I've been doing my best to have another one naturally. However, lately I began to doubt myself but I decided to forget about most of the techs and to focus on one certain tech to clear my mind. So anyway, last night I decided I'll try a WBTB and a MILD. I went to bed at around 1am and set my alarm for 7am. At 7 I woke up and went to the bathroom. I did a load of RCs and for an hour I read Stephen LaBerges "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming". I read about lucid experiences and his in depth tutorial for the MILD tech. Lastly, before going back to sleep I took 100mg of B6 just for the heck of it. |
