WILD or a Crazy Dream?

Here's a quote from my DJ about last night. I'm not sure if it was a dream or not, but I think I attempted a DEILD or a WILD last night without thinking. I was laying in bed, and all of a sudden I got vibrations around my chest. Then it felt like I was being spun, then tossed around my room. I moved my arm, because it got painful, but they kept going until I thought "Oh no, I just moved my arm." After that I think I immediately fell asleep again... Now... I don't know if I was dreaming or if I was awake when this happened... Can anyone tell me what happened? P.S. That was one crazy ride... I wouldn't mind doing that again... It was actually fun.

I wouldn't mind doing that again... It was actually fun. You might have been entering Sleep paralysis. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like it. I would say it is if not for the fact that you could move your arm.
