Last night, was my first attempt to WILDing, and I almost got it. I was lying there saying "I am dreaming, am I dreaming?", then I heard like a train whistle, three times really loud, and sharp, but after a while....my mind fell asleep too. lol. Oh well there is always tonight.

Wow nice i've actually already experienced this same type of WILD. Rather than trying to convince yourself that you are dreaming while your still awake. Try to just create the scene and let it unfold as you fall asleep. Once your in the dreamworld a few quick tests could induce some lucidity and from there its all yours When i first tried this i slept in front of a fan. Imagining a ferry boat ride. I could hear the whistle and the water and the fan helped add that special watery breeze. Then a train went off nearby and i lost it ;_ ;
