      the adverse effects of B6

hi guys, just been doin some trial-and-error type testing with b6.
i foudn that,on me,50mg will give me vivid dreams better recall and higher chance of LDs.
but, with 100mg the effects on me are quite the contrary.
on all occasions of me using 100mg,i have woken up about 15 times during the night, and i rarely wake up at all. i also have next to no recall of any dreams,at most i have fragments and pieces of seperate dreams which i cannot make a whole dream out of.
lucid dream frequency is unintelligible due to bad recall,i may have had a few but not remembered them,or woken up as soon as i realised then forgot it.
also, and i dont know if this is true or not,but since using B6 my sleep cycle has changed. i tend to wake up earlier, moreso with 100mg then 50mg.

now as these effects may only apply to me,i would be interested in anywones B6 experiences with various doses, and hopefully i can compile a report on the effects of various doses, and maybe even a correlation between the effects and a persons idiosyncrasies (sleep cycle, alchahol usage etc)

so if anywone here is willing to help me,please give me a pm and tell me of any experiences. i will write everything down and hopefully have a filing on b6 done.

now,i would reccomend b6 to anywone, because it gave me my first LD within 3 days of using it,so dont let this put you off!

i think the effects of too much b6 differ from person to person, ill try to find a average 'maximum dosage'

      thanks guys!

I prefer not to use vitamins and what not to induce LDs. But to each his own. The sleep cycle thing is interesting though. When I have a good LD night I often wake up earlier than normal. Mind you, I feel as rested as if I were to sleep four hours longer. At least that's the way I remember it.

I've only tried small doses, i think it was 15 grams, and I dont really know if it had any affect. I got a ld thanks to it but it might just have been a coincident. SO do anyone know if there exist any website where i can buy b6? would appreciate it...

If I could find somewhere to buy it and my parents let me take it (they can be strict about that stuff) then I'd help but I think I'd do the 50mg...

DJ,just go to your local town centre and look in a health shop/herbal/chinese remedies shops. failing that,a quick google search will do wonders.

finde,my parents wouldnt let me take it if i asked em either. well my mum would, but dad...
anyway your parents dont have to know. mine dont and im fine.
surely theres some small hiding spot for it in your room?

My mum likes that kinda stuff though so it should be ok, she has cfs (chronic fatigue syndrome) so she's kinda into different vitamins and stuff to see what they're like
