You have dreams every night. quite a few actually.
The question is whether or not you can remember your dreams.
Some quick tips to help your recall:
      1) Keep a dream journal, and write down each dream you have every day.
      2) When you go to sleep, tell yourself that you're gonna remember your dreams and that it's important to you

      Okay.

I suggest using autosuggestion (tell yourself you will remember your dreams). You may also want to take some time as you get ready for bed (like while brushing your teeth) to imagine what it would be like to remember a dream. Try to make this imagining as vivid as possible. Focus not so much on the dream, but on the emotions you will feel when you remember a dream. Feel that excitement. This will help prepare your mind for what you want. It will also tell your subconscious what you are after. Attaching a stron emotion to it will help the message get to your subconscious as quickly and best as possible.

I hope this helps! If you want more suggestions or clarification just ask!

Definitely do what Seeker says, and also, when you wake up, stay in bed for a good 5 minutes just trying to recall or remember anything from your dreams; if you only remember bits and pieces, take more time to try to put them together. At some point or another, something will come.
