      age, sex, related

      Does being male or female, young or old (or in your 40's) make any difference to the ability to LD?
      When i was a child i had LD's and deja vu, but not now.

      It should not make any real difference, but age seems to. It is not so much that you are older, but that you have more responsibility when you are awake.

      I've noticed as I have aged, that the content of my dreams has changed. In my younger days, they were simpler. Now they are very complex.

      Not in my case, but from others it seems that the ability to lucid dream started to get harder as they grew up and some even lost it. Its probably because what seeker said. more responsiblities and maybe because of the effect of Reality had put into them.

      EDIT: when i say not in my case, i meant that i never had lucid dreams when i was little

      Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard

      yes age might have something to do with it...though it hasn't affected me much yet...the only thing that ever really change was how i learned to control things in my dream...it did become harder...but i'm able to do it consitantly if needed.....i think i sound weird....

      I think it may have affected me because I've not been luciding much recently so it could be I'm getting older it could be something else...
