I must say I have my most lucid/vivid dreams after a night of serious drinking. Probably about one out of two mornings after I've been lucid. It was even the first time I had a high level lucid dream. Can anyone else attest to this or provide an explanation? My guess is that since I am not in my full cognitive powers, I am in a more relaxed zone where it's possible to say "hey maybe I'm dreaming" or where it is possible to catch myself dreaming without waking up. |

Well I don't drink an a regular basis (I'm underage), but the times I did drink and get somewhat drunk, I didn't notice a change in my dreams... IDK, I think it's just me because I have heard that drugs and alcohol enhance vividness and lucitity. Just forget everything I said *waves magic wand* =P |
