Im aware that the best way to induce a WILD or LD in general is by combining the WBTB technique with various other ones. However, I was just wondering if it is just as easy to try to induce an LD the first time you go to bed?

I tend to go to bed around 1-2 every night. When i actually go to bed i can fall sleep within a 5 minute time period as i am very tired by that point. So if i were to try to stay concious while falling asleep (in other words WILD i suppose) would it be just as easy to do it this way as appose to combining it with WBTB?
