      Lucid Dreaming Naps -.-

Well, this is kind of strange. Earlier today I fell asleep on the couch, (note I haven't had a lucid dream in awile) and I had like 2-3 lucid dreams chained together in under a hour and a half. I've had this happen a few weeks ago also. I wake up in a very weird position, with my neck stiff and hurting pretty bad. Just wondering is it because i'm sleeping in a different area, or is it just a coincidence?

I have heared that it is easier to have lucid dreams while napping because you are already well-rested and you fall faster into REM sleep.I wish i had more time to nap lol.

Napping is actually a great way to do a WILD. I had my first WILD nap the other weekend. It was awesome!

That's how I got my first Lucid Dream. What I did was basically just lay down, try to stay concious as I was dozing off and see dream signs, I saw 12 fingers, then BAM I was Lucid =]

      It's probably just a coincidence.

Yeah, lucid dreaming while napping is much more frequent. Sometimes when I miss out too many hours of sleeping, and thus have the desire to nap, ill go take a bath. While not actually trying, I produce a WILD lasting up to an hour and a half, which is the time it takes for the water to get cold : p

Unfortunately, theses dreams are rarely complicated in their nature. This is due to the fact that they are caused by a need of recovery. Anyway, they are still very enjoyable.

Wow talk about a coincidence. I'm getting ready to post a WILD i had earlier today while napping on my couch >_> If you get a chance browse around and try to find it I was only asleep for an hour/half.
