iv tried to attain lucid dreams by sleeping in the afternoon, but often times my mind is blank and i wake up having wasted the time, i also tried sleeping with a light on but only ended up with a headache and tired eyes in the morning. Can someone help me and be more general on how to become lucid, and explain to me their experiences and comments on how real it could be. |

when i have dreams, they are as real as right now. When I know i'm in a lucid dream (Ive only had three) I try to not think about it. When I had my first LD I got all excited and woke up. Now I just try to focus on something else. In my last one, I just started to look around and went on talking with the guys i was with. It was really wierd, it felt so real to me. I was making decision instead of going with the flow. I can handle myself when Im in a LD, but i have trouble starting it. |
