Hey guys, n gals. Last night I was lying there in bed, trying to go to sleep, and all of a sudden, I went into SP. I remained calm, and waited. I started hearing all kinds of screams..I remained calm. Then I felt the drop, and tried rolling. I couldn't, but then I remembered to not to try, but to will it with you mind, then I started rolling over, and over, and over. I never did get into a dream, but that feeling of just rolling over was pretty cool lol. Well I am one step closer to my LD. Also that was the first time, I heard any thing in my SP state., Any suggestions, what to do to get to the next step?~J
