I don't fall asleep to music but i think i might give this a go, i will create a playlist on my ipod. I think they should be calm and relaxing songs but also with one or two lucid dream songs to put you in the right frame of mind if you want to become lucid that is. |
This won't probably help anybody else but for me, Bullet For My Valentine, Three Days Grace, Billy Talent, and Serj Tankian. |
hmm I usually fall asleep to the Light Classical Music Choice channel on tv. |
I looked through my ipod and the net and here are some i found which i liked, nice and relaxing but not too dull at the same time. |
Almost any sigur Ros is good, also the di.fm chillout channel. |

LD'S: DILD- 5, WBTB- 1
"Our planet is facing the greatest problems it's ever faced, ever. So whatever you do, don't be bored. This is absolutely the most exciting time we could have possibly hoped to be alive."
Ok i have made the changes and as you can now se the list is huge. |

I think THE best would be |
"This is for long forgotten light at the end of the world..."
I also think Hedley would work well, especially slower songs like "Gunnin'" and "Trip." I would also try "For The Nights I Can't Remember" and "Brave New World." These are just some of the many amazing Hedley songs that you should listen to. The acoustic version of Trip is also good to fall asleep to. |

If you ever want a dream that has a lot of action (shoot-outs), "Clubbed To Death" by Rob Dougan is a good choice. |

check out the eels"trouble with dreams" song to follow asleep to |
I was listening to a song yesterday which i think is good to fall asleep to |
Acoustic Medley [instrumental] by In Flames from the jeste race/black ash inheritance album. |
I like to grab 2-3 songs the exact same length, and listen to them on repeat simultaneously. As I start to drift off I try and meld them into one song in my head. I find this is the best way, for myself, to have a lucid dream with spontaneous music composition. |

This was a topic a little while ago, I made an image of screenshots in iTunes of all of my sleep playlists: |
| DILD= 5 | DEILD= 2 | MILD= 4 | WILD= 5 |
Ah that reminds me, I found these a while ago. It may have even been that someone on here linked to them in that thread I mentioned, I don't remember. |
