      Another question..

Sorry I know by now im getting pretty annoying with all these WILD questions but I dont fully understand and I've read a few tutorials. Anyways I lie down and relax then SP kicks in and I start seeing swirly colors, but I never see an image or a scene or feel much other than the tingling and one time it felt like something was on the side of my face like I was slightly lying on something, but other than that nothing im stuck. Any comment are appreciated. So am I making progress, and where exactly am I and what do I have to do next. Do you think I should try naps? I heard those are good for begginers and its a little hard for me to wake up at 3am lol.

hopefully you're doing this after about 6 hours of sleep, otherwise you'll have some issues. if you are in sleep paralysis and you're seeing swirly colors then you're pretty darn close. keep watching the colors and try to recognize familiar things in the shapes they take, from there you can 'pull' yourself into a dream.

If you're not doing this after ~6 hours of sleep, i imagine you're not going to hit REM sleep very quickly, meaning you're less likely to fall right into a dream state.

Okay I will try to relate them to something, because I've done that before but I thought that that was concentrating on them to much and it made my eyes twitch lol.
