right after you become lucid and start to go off into the dream world and do whatever the hell you want, take at least like 2 minutes to stop, and indulge your senses. This is an exercise in Exploring the World, and it's even fun too do when you're awake sometimes. Just feel everything, the wind on your face, the ground beneath your feet, feel everything you know should be there. Then, listen, feel, touch. Observe the world around you and look for details... this will make it much more realistic and enjoyable, and you're likely to have an awesome time |

I totally agree with DarthDallas. This does a good job of increasing dream vividness and helping the dream stabilize, so it isn't as likely to end abruptly as a result of excitement. |
