Thread: annoyed :(

i was so close to feel myself getting SP, i nearly fell asleep the first time i tried it but managed to keep myself awake i could feel vibrations throughout my body and i felt a bit stiff, but i wasn't quite full in SP but then i needed to swallow, so i really tried not to but i couldn't stop the feeling that i needed to and i had to do it . can some1 advice me on how to stop the swallowing, i have my head in the right postion and im comfoy enough. from SP what do i then do to have a LD?

Hey Phil! The desire to swallow is completely natural, as long as you don't focus on it or give it a lot of thought, it should just happen without affecting your body. So when you need to swallow, just relax and let it happen
