I just cant get an LD...

I know this is the wrong mind set but for some reason I can't seem to get an LD, the most i'll get is that i can remember like 3 to 4 dreams at once but not go lucid...

Have you tried waking up after you slept for a few hours, then stay up for a little while, then go back to bed?

Lay down, stay awake, don't relax your mind fully. Just stop thinking of anything at all. Wait for images to appear.

this is just my technique for lucid dreaming, it doesn't work for everyone, but its worth a try or two.

Saying that will just cause frustration as you're going into virtually no detail. I assume you mean a WILD?

Here is ALL you will ever need to know on inducing a WILD.
