      Unhappy Oh, this is frustrating.

When I try LDing...I can tell myself I'm dreaming, but then I wake up. My dreams feel like reality, but whenever I tell myself I'm dreaming, I just come beck to reason and wake up.

I've been having the same problem. But I've also found that it helps a lot if I'm slightly sleep deprived at the night of the lucid attempt. So the night before the attempt I'll allow myself maybe only four or five hours of sleep instead of my usual seven hours. Then, the next night I do a WBTB, and in those cases I've been able to get lucid and stay in the dream for longer periods of time. I don't know if it will work for you, but if you haven't tried it it might be worth a shot.
