Impossible to become lucid when the dreams are so real?

so yeah last night i had a nightmare it wasnt really scary but it was so real almost like watching a hd film but yeah it was so real ill tell u what happeneed. So we were on the motorway driving i was in the back of the car and we were going at 90mph i saw on the clock thing and like 10 ppl were messing around in the motorway 1 guy crossed over then went back turned and stood infront of the car with his hands out like saying STOP but my dad didnt he just ran him over it was so real cuz i heard the sounds crunch and bumpy bumpy it was like i was really there i guess i was lucid cuz it felt like i was there i was swearing at my dad wtf are u doing etc he said oh these idiots are in my way or they should move or something then i woke up shaking lol i dont understand why it was scary and i guess it is impossible to become lucid in suitations like that but was i? i mean i was thinking of what to say to my dad i woke up shaking and thinking i shud stop trying to make my dreams more realistic btw i had 2 apples and took multivitamins just went i was literally got in my bed to sleep. btw does this nightmare mean anything? Sorry for such a long paragraph but hey so yeah any1 had experiences like this

The way I interpret your dream is that your Dad thinks that someone is an idiot. This person is probably close to you... do you have a friend, girlfriend, or relative that your father would feel this way towards.

btw does this nightmare mean anything? Does waking reality mean anything? I see no use in trying to interpret dreams. They happen just like waking reality does. Maybe things mean something, maybe they don't. You can interpret anything into everything. One perception can easily be interpreted in strongly contradicting ways without flaw. There's no true meaning, just like there's no truth at all. There only are opinions. My dreams are very real and vivid too and that makes it hard to become lucid... or so I thought. The more I analyze them, the more dream signs become blatantly obvious. Some time ago I only wrote down dreams that seemed interesting or important to me in my dream journal. That was a mistake. You need to write down every dream, no matter how unimportant they seem. The dreams that are special seem so, because something extraordinary happens. But if you want to find your dream signs, it's the regular and mundane dreams that will disclose them. Finding and training yourself to recognize dream signs should be a promising way to realize that you are dreaming, no matter how vivid your dreams seem. There is always something that can give them away. At least that is what I think.
