Raised by: Ffx-Dreamz and readopted by Ophelia
When I was younger I was able, to a degree, to LD, though not by a very conventional method (from what I've surmised). I used to share my dreams with a friend but soon it felt like I was sharing too much with her and kept too little to myself. I believe it's healthy to have a certain number of harmless secrets - like what you dreamed. Anyway, I stopped sharing. Then I suppose I lost a degree of interest in dreaming and focused on other things. I believe that if I had continued my interest in dreams (or someone had told me about LDing) I would still be able to naturally LD today. |

i think that makes total sense! once the child-like innocence has gone - and you know too much about reality and what's possible, you loose that ability to widen your imaginiation. |

I think part of it is also how you physically sleep. How fast you fall asleep, how deep a sleeper you are and how active your mind is while dreaming. |

Are you dreaming?
Amethyst Star you think how I think about this. It take ages to fall asleep like 1-2hrs of lying in bed just randomly thinking bout stuff before I actually drop off. In the morning just before I awake is when I mostly have good dreams so far. |

To focus on one state of mind always.
