Is the Non-Lucd Dreamer the Pain Body/Emmotional Body?

      Hi Everyone:

Could it be the thing that blocks lucidity is the pain body, painful emmotions? Has anyone correlated the fact that they have lucid dreams, when they have a pleasant and in control kind of day?

I was kind of thinking this same thing just yesterday, because I was having a good day and had the feeling that I would dream better. I personally think it makes sense for it to work like that, but have no evidence towards it. ;D

Ever since my I've recognized that my repressed emotions has been keeping me from living life on my terms, I've been working on releasing them. I've not had any lucid dreams. Though I've not been 100% focused on my reality checks. So I felt that been mired in all these painful emotions leaves me unclear to achieve what I really love to do, which is lucid dreaming. I will definitely incorporate RC's even while doing the releasing and will let you know how it goes.

      Hi Everyone:

I'm posting this information because I feel it has given me great insight into this situation, however, I don't agree with the loving it part, but hey who knows. Again the insight gleaned it worth sharing. I've also done some other searching and found that it is by crying out these old hurts that true healing comes about. I have done a lot of crying and feel a little better, but I know there's so much in there. How some people cry for 3 days straight is beyond me. However, I can see my continuing to run and stop the flow of tears is not going to get me anywhere. So I'll have to be as strong as others and be courageous enough to do it. After all what is some time alone releasing the old hurts compared to a lifetime of true happiness. After all the emotions are not going to let me go on with resolving it. We create from emotions, and we can only create havoc in our lives with painful emotions. It's not easy, but I'm gonna give it my all, after all, this is a big beauuuuuuuutiful planet I live on, that's just waiting for me to enjoy it.

Pain is a Communication from Body to Mind

Pain is the body letting the mind know that there is a part of us that is not happy with something in our life. Not only are we not happy with something in our life but we feel powerless to change it. As a result, we tolerate and put up with our pain, and the conditions in our life that are causing the pain, rather than using our pain to inspire us to make changes in our life that will set us free from pain.

Dissolving the power the PAIN-BODY has over your life

      Question: What is the pain-body?

      Answer:

It is that part of you that stops you from having what you want by creating pain in your body and making you think you are doing something wrong or are not deserving of what you want.

      Question:

How did the pain-body come to live inside my body?

      Answer:

The pain-body is 'trapped emotional energy' that continues living on inside your body after an emotional incident happened where you squashed or denied expressing your true feelings at the time the event took place. Squashing your feelings or denying yourself the right to express your true feelings is something you did to survive during your growing up

years, a practice you have carried over into your adult life. This action is what created the pain-body that lives inside you today outside your conscious control.

      3
Every time you suppressed a feeling during your growing up years, you unwittingly, were using the energy in that feeling to create the pain-body that torments you today and makes you suffer, needlessly, beyond your conscious control..

      Question:

How can I dissolve my pain-body?

      Answer:

Instead of seeing your pain-body as your enemy, see it as a benevolent teacher in disguise that has come to teach you lessons in SELF-LOVE. Once you have learned your self-love lessons, your pain-body will dissolve of its own accord never to trouble you again...

      Question:

Why does the pain in my body rule my life and stop me from having what I want?

      Answer:

It stops you from having what you want because you have made the pain-body that lives inside you, your enemy. And that's what enemies do; they stop you from having what you want.

Because you believe pain is your enemy, you feed the pain-body
ENORMOUS POWER with your negative thoughts about your pain and that makes it stronger and gives it control over your life thus stopping you from making the law of attraction, work in your favor, effortlessly...

      Pain-body NOTES 1 – 29

There are a total of 29 notes that discuss the various aspects of the pain-body and how it operates in your life. In most cases, I have placed only one note per page for the sake of clarity.

      Note #1

Whatever you make the ENEMY has power over you.
Make a thought your enemy; it immediately gains power over you.

Make a feeling your enemy; it immediately gains power over you.
Whatever 'thought or feeling' you make the enemy feeds POWER to your pain-body and makes it stronger in your life thus making it possible for your pain-body to control and dominate your life outside your conscious control.

When you 'lose it' for no apparently reason at all, that is your painbody taking control of your personality and acting out its pain on other people.

As long as you make PAIN your enemy, you feed the pain-body
      energy and make it stronger...
      5

      Note #2
The Pain-body feeds on your FEAR of not having what you want.
That's why for some people, there lives, after their initial introduction to the LOA, have gotten worse instead of better...
Until you face head on the pain-body that lives inside of you, the LOA will never work in your favor effortlessly because the Pain-body is using the LOA to work against you.

You don't gain power over your Pain-body by fighting it, you have
already done that...and now your Pain-body is stronger than you are.

You gain power over your pain-body by understanding it and making it your ALLY rather than your enemy...

Once you make your Pain-body your ALLY and FRIEND it will ceaseto torment and hurt you.... and it will cease controlling your life. It will become your benevolent servant making it easy for you to attract what you want rather than continuing to be your mean spirited enemy that prevents you from having what you want.

Actually I think the exact opposite, I have more Lucids But especially dreams in general when I'm sad, I used to think this was a kind of failsafe protection for if you were unhappy, the dreams balance it out, and when your waking life is content you don't need the dreams as much to keep you happy. Just my 2p

Lucky you. It's the opposite for me. I find that if I'm happy and am able to frequently question "Am I awake or Am I dreaming?" out loud to others around me, I end up having lucid dreams. However, if I'm not able to do this, I end up not getting lucid.

I feel that dreams are an expression of supressed and desirous emotions. I feel that Lucid Dreaming would be an excellent way to heal our emotional bodies.
