      how long after falling asleep does it take to dream?

      i believe it's 90 minutes too,
      but only at night. If you WBTB then it takes from 5-20 minutes usually depending on how awake you are

      90 minutes is the time that it takes your body to complete one sleep cycle, but you may start dreaming 45-50 min on average

      okay, so a 30 minute nap would probably not include dreams

      No you'll dream in your naps. Naps are solely REM sleep so go for it!

      yay im not feeling well, so naps are inevatible
