      DILD and MILD combined????

If your try to do them both
Would your chances of inducing a LD increase?
      or stay the same?

A MILD is just a kind of DILD. You can do them both together if you want. Since you will spend that much more time focusing on LDing, you should see a slight increase in the chances of inducidng a LD.

DILD isn't really an induction method in and of itself, it is simply a TYPE of lucid dream, in which you become aware that you are dreaming while you are already in the dream state.

MILD, reality checks, autosuggestion, dream incubation, scanning for dream signs, all of those are ways to achieve a DILD. Some people achieve DILDs naturally.

Certainly combining any technique, if you do them properly, can increase your chances of a DILD. Pretty much the only exception I can think of is if you spend too much time/energy/effort/emotion on it and get stressed out, which can sometimes just kill your efforts in their tracks. Try multiple techniques, but not to the point where you are getting stressed about it
