      problems

this is very strange and a little ironic. every since i first joined this forum, my dream recall is on hold, as it seems. i can't remember nething ne more. maybe just a handfull of dreams each month. instead of what it used to be { a handfull each day} and if i do remember it , its just not enough to tell the whol dream. such as i was watching a movie {10 hrs after being awake} the movie ghost ship. when they showed the moon n the background over the ship, i remmeber a bit of my dream.

      my dream:
a woman was walking with me , i looked up and seen a blood red fullmoon, about 6x its normal size . but that is all i can remember FFS. what can i do to get my lucid mass dreaming back

Don't worry man. Same thing happens to me.
Over time, I've just gotten accustomed to waking up in the night. But whenever I have, I will always remember dreams. Fragments or not.
Now, you MUST keep a dream journal. It helped me dramatically. I don't know if you have problems waking up at night or not, but if so drink a HELL of a lot of water. You could set your alarm too.
Just keep working on it and take it easy, but DONT take a break. You need to grow accustomed to remembering, then as you keep trying to recall, you will progress.

u know i get a peroid of 3-4 months where i dont remember them. then im strong for 7 months at 3-7 dreams a night. but it has been 4 months since i been able to handle a handfull of dreams anight. mayeb its because my life gettign stressfull lately. i do have a dream journel , its on this site. not to many because well u know. but i also am writting a book. my dreams inspire me to do so.

Stress is the recall killer. I find if your stressing as soon as you wake up on a morning you think about the souce of your stress automaticaly and not dreams so you forget them.
