Well last night the technique I used was to pretend that I was climbing down a ladder, when I would inhale I would take step down and exhale pause for a little bit and repeat. After about 10mins of doing that I got really relaxed almost like in a trance state, then I stopped for like 2mins and all of sudden I got some intense HI, right after I started seeing very faint clouds like I was looking up or something. But I guess I was kind of shocked so it faded away quickly, hopefully next time it'll be successful
